    Keeping in view the increasing importance of redressal of public grievances, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances had introduced the Central Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) in the year 2007. D(O&M) and D(PG) Section of MIS Division is looking after the Public Grievances cases of the Ministry in general and of DoD in particular. JS(PG/Coord) is the Nodal Officer of Department of Defence.
